1. The service
Khony is a customer-feedback service operated by Salian Diakite, independent publisher of the Khony project. Access starts with a 30-day trial without a credit card, then continues as a subscription. These terms apply to visitors and users; a signed proposal or agreement takes precedence if there is a conflict.
2. Account, trial, and subscription
- you provide accurate information and protect your access credentials;
- administrators manage their organization's members, roles, products, and integrations;
- the trial runs for 30 days without a credit card; if no plan is chosen by the end, the workspace turns read-only and nothing is deleted;
- subscriptions are monthly or annual, can be cancelled from billing, and included volumes follow the chosen plan;
- the service evolves: some features may change or arrive progressively.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant only the technical rights required to host, back up, and process it according to your instructions. You must have the rights and lawful basis required for any data you import.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Khony to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- send malicious content or spam, or collect data without a lawful basis;
- bypass security, disrupt the service, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
5. Availability and ending use
Khony aims to provide a reliable service, with no service-level guarantee unless agreed in writing. Access may be suspended to protect the service, comply with the law, or stop a material breach. Where possible, an export option will be provided before permanent deletion.
6. Liability and contact
Each party is responsible for the direct harm it causes, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. For questions, contact privacy@khony.app.
